PRIVACY POLICY

EFFECTIVE JULY 25, 2026

The short version: I collect what I need to schedule your session, take your payment, and deliver your action plan — and nothing gets sold to anyone, ever.

Who this covers

This policy covers justinbaker.co and the services offered on it, operated by Justin Baker, a sole proprietor in Denver, Colorado. Questions: jb@justinbaker.co.

What I collect

Information you provide. When you book a session you provide your name, email, scheduling details, and your answers to a short intake questionnaire. During sessions you may share financial information you choose to discuss. Please don't send Social Security numbers or full account numbers — they aren't needed for this service.

Information collected automatically. The site uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel, which collect usage data through cookies (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Hosting and delivery run through Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe through Calendly. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch my systems.

The services that handle your data

Each processes data under its own privacy policy. The site uses Google and Meta measurement tools to run and measure advertising; I don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.

How I use it

To schedule and deliver sessions, prepare your written action plan, process payment, respond to you, and understand how the site is used. That's the list.

Session confidentiality

What you share in a session is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the service. Note that coaching conversations are not protected by attorney–client or accountant–client privilege.

Retention and your choices

I keep session records and deliverables as long as needed to serve you and meet ordinary business recordkeeping. You can ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask me to delete it — email jb@justinbaker.co and I'll respond within 30 days. You can control cookies in your browser and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Security, children, and changes

I use reasonable safeguards — encrypted connections, access limited to me, reputable processors — though no method is 100% secure. The site and services are not directed to anyone under 18. If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
